Yang Liu is Executive Director, Head Lilly Gateway Labs China, overseeing all LGL China initiatives across our Beijing and Shanghai sites, as well as the associated portfolio companies. With hands-on drug development experience at GSK (US) and Search& Evaluation at Lilly (China), she combines cross-regional business acumen with a deep understanding of global ecosystems. Beyond that, she has led cross-sector collaborations—partnering with academia, industry leaders, and non-profit organizations to accelerate ecosystem-wide innovation. Yang received her PhD from Fudan University and MBA from Penn State University.
