He is a pharmaceutical executive with experience spanning regulatory affairs, business development, and drug commercialization at companies including AstraZeneca, Otsuka, and Indivior. Dr. Isikwe has led strategic licensing, fundraising, and pre-clinical development initiatives, including securing non-dilutive funding and advancing novel therapeutics toward clinical trials. He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy and an MBA in Life Science Venture Entrepreneurship from Penn State and is dedicated to translating scientific innovation into impactful medicines.
