Nic is a seasoned senior global and regional leader with extensive experience in market access and operational strategy across the EU, US, Japan, and China. He has worked in both large-scale and mid-sized pharmaceutical companies and has successfully founded three consulting firms specializing in market access and early commercialisation. Nic has guided pharmaceutical development from phase 2 onwards and has been involved in the launch of 14 market-leading medicines across therapeutic areas including cardiovascular, haematology, ophthalmology, CNS, CG&T, and infectious diseases. Nic has led portfolio strategy corporation wide and in therapy areas as diverse as cardiology, neuroscience, anti-infectives and ophthalmology leading to board level decisions to acquire or divest both companies and assets, leading to a career deal making total of over $12billion.
