Enza joined Roche in 2012 as Head of Project Management and transitioned into Pharma Partnering in 2014, where she led complex, high-profile projects of strategic value across Immunology, Infectious Disease, and CVRM.

She brings over 35 years of R&D pharmaceutical experience with extensive expertise in Discovery, Drug Development, and Medical Affairs across Infectious Disease, Immunology, and Neuroscience.

Her career commenced at the University of Milan as a molecular microbiologist. She subsequently entered the industry, serving as Head of Microbiology in R&D at GSK. Following this, she transitioned to Neuroscience as a Project Leader and later assumed the role of Head of MSL at UCB.Immediately preceding her tenure at Roche, she was employed at J&J in Leiden, Netherlands, as a Project Leader in the respiratory area.

Enza holds a Ph.D. in Microbial Biochemistry from the University of Milan, Italy.
